I remember using 6 on Reload and Heath Regen but keeping 7 on Bullet Speed, Bullet Damage and Bullet Penetration in a SpreadShot. Spread can do 1/1/2/3/7/7/6/6. not being picky, but I like health regen a lot. I prefer the build 0/5/0/7/7/7/7/0 for every tank except for fighter, booster, and smashers.
