Well i have the same problem with my 2005 f350. The message center started showing tbc fault. I took it in to the dealer and they said it had to do with a 2 amp fuse under the hood. So they fixed it and i took it home. Well when i drove it the next morning and it flashed TBC Fault again so back to the dealer the next day.I just bought a 2005 F350 CC LB SRW 6.0 last week. When i test drove it, everything worked fine and i did not notice that TBC Fault code. They still needed to remove a fleet gps tracking device. Replaced the fuze because it was bad but the light still comes on. The truck will still not crank and Im beginning to think that its the injectors that are bad.
