Oct 24, 2019 · Well after i destroyed the unbidden portal, i realised that the game still counted 2 anchors active and it refused to end because it thought the crisis was still active, even though I had gotten the warlock relic... It looks like the on_action event that is supposed to fire when the anchor is destroyed is very glitchy.
