A User Coordinate System (UCS) in AutoCAD can be moved/changed and the Shared Coordinate System can be moved/changed in Revit. However, the Survey Point and Survey Coordinate System is aligned with the WCS of a source DWG with Acquire Coordinates. Revit only sees the WCS, it has no awareness of a UCS in AutoCAd. …As ahmed said, use the coping tool to "cut" a beam perpendicular into another.
