I just tried to do the opposite and pull my habitica habits into notion, partly just to play with the setup. After 2 weeks I am going back to separate apps, just makes sense and practically easier to check items off etc in the habitica app/website. Habits, dailies in habitica, projects, todos and rest of life in notion. Actual projects and one off tasks break into as small as possible steps. Then add each step to your to do list.
