My concern would be that you won't be able to make enough Bombs, and you won't be able to make strong enough Bombs (although the Thaumaturge Weakness abilities will compensate for that somewhat.) At Level 2 when you get the Dedication, you will have 2 Batches of Infused Reagents. That's only enough to make 4 Alchemical Items.

You should consider looking at the Investigator that prioritizes Str over Dex. This is particularly viable if you take the Alchemical Sciences Methodology.
