I just looked to see for myself and both the M14 TRW IDF RIFLE RARE RIFLE 7.62X51 (#622468330) and the M 14 M1A forged receiver USA TRW (#621568519) are the same serial number on the same receiver manufacturer.

The Bula marked bolt would fully retract and attempt a reload, but the spent brass left in the chamber put the brakes on the completion of the reload.
