UWorld goes deeper than AAMC, and AAMC goes deeper than KA vids. So Biochem depth is UWorld>AAMC>KA. If you cover UWorld, I think you'll be good for biochem content. Definitely on the more difficult end of the spectrum. It focuses a lot more on content knowledge than AAMC does. But I didn't care one bit because their explanations and pictures gave me so much joy. There were a handful of questions on the SB that I knew how to do because UWorld had a problem exactly like it.

I think aamc was more representative for sociology but for experimental questions uworld is really good. I would really use uworld to full extent and is not easier or harder than aamc in my opinion.
