It would be nice for those that play Viera to be able to use the unlocked/bought hairstyles though. Viera lore is more then enough reason, same thing for Mithra lore in ff11. FF14 only got male cats because FF14 was dying and they were desperate to pull people back into the game because of how much of a disaster that game turned out to be.
