I was walled by Rykard for like 10 straight attempts. Then I tried the special attack on the Serpent Hunter spear, realized Rykard can be entirely cheesed by spamming this attack and keeping him stun-locked, and whooped his ass no problem. He went from being one of the hardest bosses for me to being easier than Rennala.
