How to bypass fuel shut off solenoid.
You might go out under the hood and pull the wire off a couple times with the engine running. If it stops as soon as you pull the wire off, then you probably have a switch problem. If it don't stop every time, then the FSS might be the problem. Last I heard they were over 100 dollars, but I don't remember how much over.

Either remove the plunger from the fuel solenoid or if you had a safe way to block the opening where the fuel solenoid would be if you removed it (not recommended) . I believe that the power to closed that relay coms from the ECM, just like the power for the Lift Pump. There are several with the same part number and are interchangeable.
